CHEVROLET #PLAYFOR CAMPAIGN

TheFootballLink partnered with Chevrolet’s global mascot hunt (Indian Leg) for the #PlayFor campaign with Manchester United FC. Akash Biswas from our Child and Youth Development Program (CYDP), CR Park centre was chosen as a mascot.

He was one of 11 children chosen to walk alongside the Manchester United starting line-up in the season opener vs. Swansea City in 2014. Akash trained with United’s first team squad in England and traded jerseys with England international defender, Chris Smalling.
